Simon Kleinschmidt completed both his bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering at Leibniz Universität Hannover. He then worked as a software developer and robot programmer for FORWARDttc GmbH and avateramedical Digital Solutions. Since the beginning of April, he has been working as a research assistant at match in the newly approved Collaborative Research Centre Transregio 375 HyPo (Multifunctional high-performance components made of hybrid porous materials).
