At the Institute for Assembly Technology (match), pioneering ideas for automated and robot-assisted assembly in production are developed. As part of our strong team, you will participate in exciting scientific research projects and support them with your acquired skills in manufacturing, experimental design, and programming.
As part of your training, you will learn the knowledge and skills to
- plan work processes independently,
- work with conventional and computer-controlled machine tools (turning, milling, printing),
- manufacture components and assemble them into functional assemblies (e.g., motors),
- program robot-assisted systems, and much more...
Thanks to our highly diverse environment at match, you will gain many additional insights into mechanical engineering, robotics, and industrial handling beyond your profession.
The prerequisite is a secondary school diploma and a grade point average of at least satisfactory in science and mathematics.
