Course Objectives
The lectures on the Assembly of Aggregates gives an overview of the technological, economic and ecologic demands of innovative assembly procedures. The complete process is taken into account: From initial inquiry, to the mechanical, electric and controlling technological realisation of the assembly line and the final, tested product. Using both theoretical methods and practical examples from the industry, students learn how to approach these tasks.
Course Contents
The basics of Project Management are conveyed along PMI standards, supporting the structured execution of complex assembly tasks. The lectures are supplemented by excursions to suppliers and operators of a variety of assembly systems.
